Cancellation Policy
- Guests are required to notify the hotel about cancellation within 10 days of their booking confirmation for 100% retention.
- Confirmed group bookings must be communicated in writing 45 days prior to the group's arrival.
- Additionally, cancellations made within 15-10 days of the guest's arrival will incur a 50% supplement charge.
- Cancellations made within 10 days or less will incur a 100% supplement charge.
- Cancellations made within less than the specified time frame will incur a charge equivalent to one night's room fee.
